If we combine each characteristic of mutant morning glories together with each characteristic of Ipomoea purpurea, the characteristics of the mutant morning glories might be improved. Can we improve, for instance, flower durability? The conspicuous change in characteristics did not particularly occur in a hybrid strain of bamboo leaf.
