The leaves are broad, and the side lobes develop in a horizontal direction, taking on a leaf form resembling the retracted (Suhama) type. The author calls this the wide main lobe type. The leaf shown in this figure is 17.3 cm wide, 12.3 cm long (from tip of main lobe to petiole). (578-35 2001.6.30 photo by YY)
